   Gild your land with voracious intellectual mosaic lest its fallow be your sepulchre.
   Shield your guild with your arsenal of erudition and woe be to loafing.
    Lay waste not your knowledge lest you thirst for doom.


   RISE ADMINISTRATORS rise! Gather around comrades.
   Depend only on your pen and bleed her ceaselessly to remedy.
   Endlessly seek knowledge and pursue her to the crevices of the earth.
    Till the scourge of ignorance is expelled,never rest administrators.

 
   RISE ADMINISTRATORS rise! Engender development.
    Your intellectual acquaintance be your armour of unity not a cartel for mischief.
    Inch by inch all is a cinch,oneness in growth is expedient.
    And nakba be waived like the plague unbeknownst.


RISE ADMINISTRATORS rise! Lust altruistically.
Toil not for the taper of your silo but for the public bouk.
Your wealth be for the downtrodden and lust for dignity.
Rise administrators rise and wallow not in the pit of mediocrity.


   RISE ADMINISTRATORS rise! Govern judiciously.
Many are the incessant rants of scattered scholars blinded by pride.
What poor souls! Dispersed despairingly abroad with no captain.
