Office Of General Secretary ACJOAU Rules/Modalities for Registration As A News Agency on OAU Campus Boards/agencies must own a board or a website(blogs inclusive). 👉News Agencies must have at least five members. 👉ACJOAU Must have a representative at the interviews of new members(this must have taken place before registration will be verified) 👉ACJOAU Must have a representative at News Agencies' induction. 👉Members must be financial members of ACJOAU. 👉You cannot be a whatsapp news platform. 👉If you do not have a board or site, you will not be recognized 👉Intending boards/news sites must obtain a form of intent and submit the form along with a letter stating why you want to be registered 👉Political figures or personalities that are leaders of political groups on Campus are not allowed to own or be a members of news agencies PROCEDURES FOR RENEWAL OF REGISTERATION WITH ACJOAU 👉Provide your evidence of renewal during the last session( if any) 👉Submit a letter seeking renewal 👉ACJOAU Must have a rep at interview conducted for new members intake (Interviews must have taken place before the Association will finally verify renewal) 👉ACJOAU Must have a rep at mini-inductions of boards Below are registration,renewal and membership Dues To Be Paid 👉New members - #1,500 👉Old members - #1,000 👉New boards - #2,000 👉Old boards - #1,500 To more info contact the Gen Sec via .08163862116 SIGNED Adebayo Faith General Secretary, ACJOAU
