NIDSA OAU EXECUTIVES FINALLY SPEAKS.

Revolutionary greeting to all Ife sons and daughters on the soil of Obafemi Awolowo University Ile Ife.This is not just an observation of a conventional protocol but also the  celebration of our superiority for being destined to be Ife indigene,in addition with our opportunity to be a student of Nigeria number one University (OAU,Ife). It is also pertinent in the same vein to appreciate the support and steadfastness of all members of NIDSA OAU CHAPTER in revolting the arm of impunity and exercise of oppression on executives of the chapter by the NATIONAL SECRETARIAT against our dear association. Our hallowed local chapter(NIDSA OAU) which happens to be the bedrock of NIDSA has attained this climax not because of our forby nor superiority,but the historical,traditional and consistent progressive contribution of NIDSA OAU members to the development of the association(NIDSA) and Ile Ife at large. It does not also exclude our commendable intellectual acumen and ever profound optimism in achieving great things. It gives us joy that our generation is not a deviance from this long preserved cultural norms of our beloved chapter. Kudos!!!
  ON THE PURPORTED SUSPENSION OF NIDSA OAU EXECUTIVES BY THE NIDSA, NATIONAL SECRETARIAT.

 Our long ago silence on the catastrophic,purpoted suspension, and dissolution of NIDSA OAU executives by the National secretariat is not out of cowardice nor in compliance with the national secretariat directives. Our muteness is basically a payment of obeisance to the instruction of our staff advisers, since we were advised to  be quiet and passive for peace to reign in order to get to the root of the matter and  put the chapter back on its right track. The activities of our chapter has since then been crippled due to the intervention and obstruction of our chapter by the national secretariat. In addition,series of meetings that we attended during the course of negotiating for peace made it known for us to decipher that the purported suspension is more of political vendatta and misuse of authority rather than avoidance of seccesion the national secretariat claimed to be.
                 
 OUR STAND
 We condemn the illegal, unconstitutional and unprecedented dissolution of the executives of NIDSA OAU chapter by the national secretariat. We value our local chapter so much that we can't concur to the vacum like and amorphous NIDSA OAU any longer. In view of this, WE EXECUTIVES OF NIDSA OAU ACTING ON THE MANDATE GIVEN TO US BY OUR CONGRESS MEN HEREBY AFFIRMS OUR PRESENCE IN OFFICE AND ALSO CONFIRM OUR READINESS FOR SERVICE TO THE CHAPTER. While we understand the fact that we ought to have hand over to a new administration,however we should all take to cognizance of the crisis that disrupted the activities of the chapter which also made it impossible for the electioneering process and  handing over to take place. As a  result of this, our holy grail event (Ife Day) was postponed till further notice, we put  our annual package which is under process on hold. The tip-top of all is the fresher's initiation which may be impossible leaving the association with no leadership.
  We will summon congress to set up all the needful committees and commissions necessary to enable a glorious and a fantastic transition to a new administration soonest. We will also communicate any programme of benefit to you in due course. Our plans to make NIDSA OAU unique are so numerous that we count on your relentless support. We will not hesitate to transfer some of our dreams that has been disrupted by the National goons to the next administration."United Will stand,divided will fall".

 RESUMPTION OF FRESHER'S
We use this medium to felicitate will all the fresh ILE IFE indigenes on OAU campus, as a matter of fact, gaining admission to OAU is synonymous to defeating seven other candidates in a race to beat the reach.  We pray that almighty God will increase all our fresher's(NIDSA OAU freshmen) in good academic strength and  profound wisdom and understanding. We also pray that the gods of Ife land will make OAU a soft land for them to tread.We love you all, Ife loves you all. NIDSA OAU welcome you.

This is to inform all members that some saboteurs and betrayals of NIDSA OAU chapter that happens to be student of OAU, but are doing all possible things to crumble the chapter have gone to the extent of fractionalising the chapter and are also operating towards running parallel government.
