"Ronaldo in good position for Ballon d'or"; Neymar

Barcelona forward Neymar has been quoted to have said Cristiano Ronaldo is in good position to win thethe next Ballon d'or.

Ronaldo, 31, won the just concluded Euro 2016 after Portugal defeated France 1-0, that victory came after he won the Uefa Champions league with Real Madrid.

However, Neymar when asked who he thinks will win the 2016 Ballon d'or said he thinks the Portuguese is ahead;

"Winning titles plays a big role in the race for the Ballon d'Or," Neymar told Lance!
"Ronaldo won the Champions League and now Euro 2016 as well. So I reckon he is in a good position.
"Plus Ronaldo is a great player. I have no qualms in saying that."

Ronaldo is likely to go head-to-head with Lionel Messi again as they both have won it for the past eight years with Messi claiming five including that of 2015 and Ronaldo three.
