#TEAMOAU : From The Stables Of HOT INC. – Introducing OAU Awards & Mr/Ms Fresher

Coming through with my somewhat fast and furious moves, I guess I need no introduction as I am not the subject matter. I might have to go straight to the point as my ink is fading out and my slate is getting rough, I won’t be able to hold you down with some lengthy collections of off-point expressions. 

More often than not, you should have heard about this upcoming event, even if you’ve been affixed to the corner of a lonely enclosure for weeks. On the off chance that you haven’t, it’s not too late, sit back and enjoy the literary progression.

Probably out of instinctive stimulation, savvy invigoration, or based on case studies, a group of smart individuals got their heads conjugated and came about some smart ideas that will consequently yield some awesome events.  Who are we talking about? HOT INC. Entertainment!

First of all, let me give you a clear cut distinction : WHAT IS HOT INC. ?

Now, they are here to get us once again into some prepossessing eventful atmosphere with their next event, which is the OAU AWARDS and Mr & Miss Fresherevent, need be for me to loud it, of course , it will be absorbing.

Okay, What’s The MR/MS FRESHER All About?

Damn straight you will agree with me if I said OAU is blessed with a good number of freshers with some amazing combination of comeliness qualities, talk of facial pulchritude, shape, color, or form, that pleases our aesthetic senses and refresh our eyes like a crystal pool of water to a desert wanderer. Now, subsequent to the acknowledgement of that fact and the need to reward and recognize those amazing elegance, HOT INC. brings to us : Mr And Miss Fresher.

The The Mr and Miss fresher is an event or rather contest that zooms in majorly on the freshmen, though not leaving behind equal participation from the generality of Great Ife students. The pageantry is saddled with the responsibility of promoting talents of freshmen in their field of expertise, ranging from modelling, beauty pageant, fashion designing and so on. The participants will embark on various training to factorize the bests, which will be the winners in this case. Six [6] winners altogether and a cash price shall accompany each category.

Sounding too good to be true? Trust me, this is the second edition of the Mr. and Miss Fresher event and the first event was a sold out show, a concourse of over 5,000 heads in the prestigious Amphi theatre. As expected, where else would you have been?

At this point, I’m pretty sure that your orientation portion already gave you an admiration that will take you across illusions, subsequent to these awesome impressions of HOT INC. and the upcoming event, you obviously can’t wait for this day.

NOW, WHICH ONE IS OAU AWARDS AGAIN?

Despite the fact that they already got us blown away with some aforementioned packages for the event, HOT INC. didn’t just stop there! They have decided to recognize and promote individuals and collective excellence of OAU students over a period of time.

According to HOT INC. , It came to their cognizance that there are some brands and individuals that are doing quite well in their own little ways but monitoring board hasn’t being created to foster and encourage such individuals, but the O.A.U awards has come to correct such social ill, sounds illy! They are introducing the first ever concept to the generality of Great Ife students.

Summarily, OAU Awards shall be recognizing a couple of OAU students who have scaped through the test of unfavorable circumstances and managed to survive excellently in their various lanes. Several categories shall be considered, ranging from Most Fashionable MALE/Female, Student Brand of The Year, Best Student Restaurant, Next rated artist, Best Online Personality,Best Graphics Designer, Student Political Icon, Student PR of the year, Best Campus Writer, Best Clique, Moneybag, to loads of others.

As at the time of pouring ink on this slate, nominations are on, visit the Nomination Page and nominate whoever for whatever category by filling some four simple boxes.

Now, guess what? Expect him! Yes, a top notch Nigerian artiste, I will stop there. Trust me, I’m not bluffing!

Right now, I’m looking so pompous on top of my high horse of pride with shoulders nearly leveling with my head like it’s being supported with a shoulder pad, at least I can now call my UNILAG haters to announce that a power-packed event is coming to my varsity!

Meanwhile, due to the promising prospects of this event, several brands decided to come in to support, who doesn’t want to be part of something productive? Meanwhile, we should at the same time give thanks to them for making the success of this event their priority. But increase your volume and move closer to their left ears and tell them to flee every time-wasting communications and get a good conception by publicizing this motion, as this is the session and the only avenue to support a decision that will forever leave a worthy incision on Great Ife and its social impression.
