📖Joshua 1: 8  This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.
📖2 Timothy 2:15  Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.


It's been a very long while I wrote and shared my posts, there was a need to go refresh myself, apologies to those who expected them, thanks to those who showed concern too

To a believer, the BIBLE has no substitute. No article, write up, devotional, book nor anything can replace the Bible, never, this is because, a lazy believer might never get to open the Bible to read and study except in church services, many end up just taking in what they hear from others without acknowledgment from the Bible

These days many believers do not have faith of their own, many choose to be only a mere followers of other older believers, the only Bible verses they know and quote are those they heard from people, not things they read themselves.
Never live only on another person's revelation, let it become a part of you too, do not go to church to just receive some few sentences as quotable quotes or so called "rev" alone

So many people quote places in the bible in which they've never read before, thereby causing mindless lifting of verses and wrong interpretation of the Bible

There are so many practices, doings, sayings of believers today that are as a result of  a hearsay not as a result of revelations received from God's Word, which shouldn't be, every believe MUST have a biblical base for all He accepts, believes and does, and these is only born out of the study of the Bible

📖Romans 10: 17  So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

Personal revelations always tend to be stronger personally compared to that heard alone, so don't just hear, go further to study more and receive too.

Always go to church with your personal Bible, it's a positive attitude

We must begin to show a very positive attitude to the bible, a lot of students today can never study their books like they study their bible because their lackadaisical attitude to it would only produce failure


📖Hebrew 4 15  Christ was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin. How did he overcome temptations? With the WORD! ref in Matthew 4:3-10 and  Luke 4: 2-14. Yet many of us fall into temptations having neglected our God's Word, (in subsequent write ups I'll share on breaking free from addictions based on personal experiences)


A believer MUST know God's Word by reading, hearing and STUDYING.
Read and study your Bible, it's your obligation as a believer, find time for that on a daily basis


You can never comprehend fully the complete revelation of Jesus if you've never read through the Bible as all books in the Bible is about Jesus Christ, you can't leave anything out, even if you'll have to understand fully the epistles to understand many other parts of the Bible

Let's note these helpful points:
👉1. Have your own personal Bible
👉2. Seriously read it; not just a few verses, read heavily
👉4. Study the word; by meditating on what you've read and heard
Note that concordance and Greek isn't study in itself it  aids studying
Meditation is simply a total concentration on the word readily awaiting revelations from God
👉5. Pray before and after you read, even while reading
👉6. Always take notes while studying the Bible and keep your notes, treasure them, and never forget to go back to them
👉7. Confess the word always, don't talk anyhow, speak and live the Word

If a man can't grow physically without food, how would a believer grow without feeding on the word.
Eat the Word always

nothing can replace the place of God's Word, nothing can substitute for the BIBLE
