Buhari fulfills promise, begins payment of #5000.

A system of biometric data capture and account opening called the "conditional cash transfer(CCT), opened in the camp of the IDPs in borno state.

The social investment programme of the PMB govt, has an initiative to pay a minimum of #5000 to one million extremely poor Nigerians, every month in the year 2016.
The mode of payment, that involved paying directly to the recipient,was been worked out as said by Laolu akande, the special assistant to the VP osinbajo.
He further said that the world bank and the bill gates foundation,were collaborating with the FG to ensure an efficient payment system.  
“All together, about 60 billion naira has
been estimated to be paid out to
extremely poor Nigerians, ” Akande said in
a statement.
