OAU VC case dismissed by court

The Federal high court sitted in Osogbo has dismissed the case between the school management and staffs under the umbrella of NASU and SSANU,  over the appointment of Prof Ayo Salami as the vice chancellor of the citadel of learning, claiming that the case lacks jurisdiction of being brought to an high court, but should be taken to an industrial court instead.

The case which erupted after the former VC was been said to have influenced the selection process, resulted in a one month strike.
This prompted the FG to have appointed an acting VC in person of Prof. Anthony Elujoba.
